Our team also features experts in bridal styling, fashion, editorial, and luxury beauty. Each artist brings a distinct area of mastery, allowing us to offer a comprehensive, full-service experience and ensuring every client receives the highest level of artistry and care.

Do you only work with brides?
No, while bridal beauty is our specialty, we also work with clients for special occasions, photoshoots, runway shows, red-carpet events, corporate functions, and more.
How do you match clients with artists?
We carefully review your preferences, desired style, and event details before pairing you with the artist whose skillset and aesthetic best align with your vision.
Will I have the same artist for my trial and wedding day?
Yes. We ensure continuity by booking your preview and wedding day services with the same dedicated artist.
Can multiple artists work on my party at once?
Yes. For larger bridal parties or tight schedules, we assign multiple artists so everyone is ready on time without sacrificing quality.
How long does it take to complete services?
We allow approximately 45 minutes per person, per service, and 1 hour per service for the bride. For example, one person receiving both hair and makeup will take about 1.5 hours, while the bride requires about 2 hours. To ensure a seamless day, we provide a detailed timeline in advance.
Will you come to my location?
Yes. We are a full-service on-site beauty team. We bring everything needed, chairs, tables, lighting, and complete kits so you can simply enjoy your day while we handle the details.
Do you offer trials?
Absolutely. Bridal trials are included in our packages and give you the opportunity to test out your desired look, refine details, and connect with your artist.
When should I schedule my bridal preview?
We recommend booking your preview 2–4 months before the wedding once details are more finalized. Previews are hosted in our Roswell studio during weekdays or select Sundays.
What should I bring to my bridal preview?
Arrive with a clean face (no makeup) and clean, dry hair (smoothly blown out). Please bring inspiration photos, a picture of your dress, and wear a white or open-neckline top for the most accurate preview.
Do you provide body makeup or tattoo coverage?
Yes. Minor blemish coverage and subtle highlighting of the décolletage and arms is included for the bride. For tattoo coverage or full body makeup, additional fees and time apply. These requests must be made in advance.
What about touch-ups?
Every booking includes 15 minutes of complimentary touch-ups once services are complete. Extended touch-up coverage or return visits can be added in advance for an hourly fee.
Is there a travel fee?
Yes. Travel fees are based on mileage. When you submit your inquiry, we will provide an accurate quote tailored to your event location. For travel that requires more than 2 hours each way, overnight accommodations for the artist(s) may also be necessary.
Do you require accommodations for early start times?
Yes. For travel exceeding two hours or for start times prior to 7 AM, overnight accommodations for your artist(s) may be required to ensure punctuality and a seamless experience.
How far will you travel?
We travel across Georgia, nationwide, and internationally. Destination and international bookings are charged at cost, with travel fees outlined in advance.
What does the travel fee cover?

What products do you use?
As a professional team with decades of combined experience, we carefully curate our kits with products from premier and socially responsible beauty lines. We rely on luxury and professional-grade brands such as YSL, NARS, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Bobbi Brown, Armani, Makeup Forever, Dior, Laura Mercier, MAC, Viseart, RCMA, Charlotte Tilbury, Tom Ford, and many more. Each product is selected for its flawless finish, long-lasting coverage, and ability to photograph beautifully, ensuring every client looks radiant from the first look to the last dance.
Is airbrush makeup available?
Yes, we offer both traditional and airbrush application. Your artist can guide you to the best option for your skin type and preferences.
Is your kit sanitized?
Absolutely. We uphold the highest sanitation standards, using disposables, disinfectants, and freshly cleaned brushes for every client.
How long will my makeup last?
Our luxury applications are designed to last up to 16 hours, through tears, laughter, dancing, and every special moment.
Can I use my own products?
Yes, you may request your own products, but please note this does not change pricing and we cannot guarantee longevity.

Do lashes come with the service?
Yes. Lashes are included with every makeup service. Artists will select the most flattering option for your look. You may bring your own if you prefer.
What if I don’t want lashes?
No problem we’ll enhance your natural lashes for a beautiful finish.
When is an additional artist necessary?
If more than 6 services are required or time is limited, we will assign additional artists. Each added artist incurs a $185 fee.
How many people can you accommodate?
With a team of 20 + artists, we can seamlessly service both intimate bridal parties and large-scale weddings.
Do you provide men’s grooming?
Yes. Groom and groomsmen grooming services are available by request.
Do you style children?
Yes, we offer age-appropriate styling for junior bridesmaids and flower girls.
How do I book an appointment?
Simply send us an inquiry, and a member of our team will reach out promptly to confirm details and secure your event or appointment. We’ll guide you through the process to ensure everything is reserved seamlessly.
How do I reserve my wedding date?
A signed contract and a 25% non-refundable retainer are required. Dates remain open until both are received.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 12 months in advance. Our calendar fills quickly, especially during peak wedding season.
Do you have a service minimum?
No.
Can I add more services later?
Yes, subject to availability. We recommend finalizing early to ensure proper staffing.
Can I remove services later?
Reductions are subject to our cancellation policy and service minimums.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Cash tips are welcome.
Should I tip my artist?
Gratuity is not included but always appreciated. For large groups requiring multiple artists, an 18% gratuity may be applied.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer flexible options upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 4 weeks of the event incur a 50% fee. Within 10 days, the full balance is due.
What if my artist becomes unavailable?
Our large team ensures you are always covered. A highly qualified replacement artist will be assigned if necessary.
How should I prepare for my makeup appointment?
Maintain a consistent skincare routine, hydrate well, exfoliate gently, and arrive with a clean, moisturized face.

What if I have allergies or sensitivities?
Please notify us in advance. We can adjust products or use hypoallergenic alternatives.
Do you work with all skin tones and hair textures?

Can you recreate a specific look from Pinterest or Instagram?
Yes. Inspiration photos are encouraged, and we will adapt them to suit your features and overall style.
